Thea Stilton and the Journey to the Lion's Den
by Stilton, Thea

A lion cub is kidnapped while the Thea Sisters visit a Kenyan safari, and they must travel across the savanna to rescue him.

Thea Stilton is a special correspondent for The Rodent's Gazette, Mouse Island's most famouse newspaper. A graduate of Mouseford Academy, Ms. Stilton loves traveling and adventures. Find out more at www.scholastic.com/geronimostilton.

Seventeenth in the series about mild-mannered journalist mouse Geronimo's younger sister, Journey to the Lion's Den chronicles the exploits of five of Thea's students-collectively known as the Thea Sisters-as they travel to Kenya for a photo assignment. Things get complicated, though, when the rodents become embroiled in the disappearance of a lion cub named Mosi. Filled with informational asides, colorful fonts, a high picture-to-prose ratio, and funny, fast-paced mystery and adventure, this will have great appeal for any young readers who haven't already jumped aboard the furiously spinning Geronimo Stilton mouse wheel.
